Body language is use to commute your message where you are less with words and want to make a good impression. Languages change according to the regions and locations and body language differs with situations and people. It has been seen that woman always know how to use body language to attract man. Sending the positive and negative signals to man of their interest is quite old technique to use body language by women. Man need to learn the ways to attract the woman by body language.

There is no specific advice on how to use body language just to know your own body language first and then observe your friends, role models, movie stars or any other people whom you think has a good body language. Try to grasp their positive traits in body language and learn the ways of body language by practicing them in front of a mirror.

  1. Don’t cross your arms or legs-The first and basic tip on how to use body language is to be open to the opposite person by your open arms and legs. Your cross arms and as well as legs can predict a wrong image of defensive and guarded.
  2. Maintain a Direct eye contact – Show your confidence and interest in other person by making a direct eye contact while talking to him or her. But remember one thing, don’t make your eye contact a staring and make them uneasy and irritated.
  3. Don’t be afraid to take up some space – This is sign of showing your confidence by taking your own space by standing or sitting with your legs apart.
  4. Relax your shoulders – Tip to use body language also considered your shoulders to play a vital role. When you are tense and thinking about something you tend to move your shoulder forward and you have to maintain it in the right way by losing them and move them back.
  5. Nod when they are talking – Nodding is a signal of listening and understanding the other person.
  6. Don’t slouch; sit up straight – but in a relaxed way, not in a too tense manner.
  7. Smile and laugh – Welcome anyone with a smile but don’t stretch it much and make it plastic smile. Make your company interesting by smiling and laughing on funny things. Crack a joke but don’t fool yourself to laugh on it first and show your positive interest while meeting someone through a smiley face.
  8. Don’t touch your face – it might make you seem nervous and can be distracting for the listeners or the people in the conversation.
  9. Keep your head up – body language conveys your message to the other individual sitting or standing in front of you. So keep your head up to the perspective rather than showing insecurity by looking in the ground and other sides.
  10. Don’t stand too close – Everyone has own space and doesn’t allow other’s to get into it. Always leave that space of individual while standing or sitting with them.
