Things required for stick door hanger

• 5 jumbo craft sticks
• 2 regular-sized craft sticks
• Ribbon or twine
• Scissors
• Pink acrylic paint
• Paintbrush
• Acrylic sealer spray
• White craft glue
• Foam sticker letters
• Foam sticker flowers
• Buttons
• Wax paper

 

Steps to make it

• Place 5 jumbo craft sticks on wax paper.
• Like an old fashion snow sled put the two regular sized across the jumbo sticks in the opposite direction.
• Then put glue on the regular-sized stick onto the jumbo sticks and pipe glue down in between each of the jumbo sticks.
• Smudge the glue between the seams of jumbo sticks and squeeze them all and get them together and let the glue dry for some time.
• After drying the glue, turn craft sticks over and paint them as any color of your wish. Repeat it for second coat as well and let it dry completely.
• Spray the craft sticks with acrylic sealer and let it dry then.
• Then cut piece of ribbon.
• Knot the ribbon at the back side of the dried craft sticks figure and at the each end of the regular sized craft stick tie the ribbon.
• Just put a little dot on the knots and let it dry.
• Your craft stick figure is ready and you can decorate it with foam letter stickers, buttons and flowers.
• Trim the ends of the ribbon hanger.
